In Vélez de Benaudalla, the vacation home "Duplex Las Terrazas" is located in a private residence and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation with the family. It is located 56 km south of Granada and the world famous Alhambra and 17 km north of the beautiful beach Playa de la Guardia. The region is known for its mild, year-round climate, making it a special destination. The modernly furnished vacation home has a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one on ground floor), 2 bathrooms (one on ground floor) and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, TV and washing machine. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib on request.

The highlight of the holiday home are the 2 open terraces on the 1st floor with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view of the mountains, the city and the Arabian castle. You can also refresh yourself on hot days and swim a few laps in the shared outdoor pool with shower (open from 1 April to 31 October).

After 300 meters you will reach the center of Velez de Benaudalla with a good selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bars (2 minutes walk). In the village there are numerous places of interest to visit such as the Nasrid Garden (Generalife chico), a Moorish castle, the Church, the Acite Museum and the Paseo del Nacimiento. Near the accommodation there are numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. You can also take walks along the Guadalfeo river.

Parking is available on the street. Small pets are allowed and cats are not allowed because the owners have allergies. The apartment is a duplex with 2 interior staircases.
