This charming residential complex is located on the beachfront, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city. Ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway, the complex has a communal swimming pool, open from 15 June to 30 September (managed by the owners' community), and a children's playground for the little ones.



The apartment, located on the fourth floor, has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. With capacity for up to five people, it has two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The American kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favourite meals during your stay. The living-dining room, which includes a single sofa bed, is a perfect space to relax and enjoy moments together, with direct access to a private terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Torre del Mar.



Moreover, the accommodation offers air conditioning in both the living-dining room and both bedrooms, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. It also provides free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the building's lower level for one vehicle, making your stay worry-free.



Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and parties cannot be organised in the apartment. We want to ensure a calm and pleasant environment for all our guests.
