The accommodation is distributed in two apartments within the same house. The apartment that is rented is accessed through the ground floor and has:



Ground floor: spacious living-dining room with a fully furnished and equipped American kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower, spacious and adapted for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.



Upper floor: second bedroom also with a double bed and access to a private terrace with panoramic views of the cultural surroundings of Vélez-Málaga. The terrace, facing east, south and west, receives sunlight throughout the day and has a covered area with outdoor furniture ideal for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor dinner.
