Hidden between lush plantations of mangoes and avocados, among olive and almond trees, and vineyards, this villa is surrounded by a 1800-square-metre property. As it is protected with a fence, your pet will also be able to enjoy the villa. This is a magic place if you're looking for a quiet place to spend your holidays, as the hustle and bustle of the Coast is 20 minutes far by car, as well as the golf courses Baviera Golf and Añoreta Golf.
The villa, which has recently been renovated, features a spacious dining-living room and a completely equipped open kitchen. From here, you can access the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double bed. The bathroom with a big walk-in shower is big enough for the six guests of this villa.
The 300-square-metre outdoor area welcomes a 4x8 sq-mt private pool with Roman steps, a barbeque in a 20 sq-mt covered kitchen, an outdoor toilet and a 90 sq-mt solarium. The gorgeous garden, which welcomes palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs, provides plenty of shade. In addition to a porch, there is a sunny terrace that offers spectacular views of the coast.
You can access the house through a concrete road in good condition.
