Es kann nur besser werden!

Die Lage „Frontal al Mare“ mit Ausblick zu beiden Seiten und die zentrale Lage im Stadtgebiet sind das einzig Positive, wobei das Vorhandensein von kostenlosem Wifi heute ja quasi zum Standard gehört. Ansonsten müsste das Appartment mal von Grund auf verschönert und üblichem Standard angepasst werden. Das Team von TERRASOL war stets bemüht, kleinere Probleme zu beheben. Dafür unseren herzlichen Dank. Bei einer weiteren Vermietung von IPANEMA 2-5-3 in diesem Zustand mit den vorhandenen Mängeln gefährdet TERRASOL jedoch seine gute Reputation. Wir waren in den vergangenen Jahren wiederholt Mieter in IPANEMA 2-5-3. Bei nicht unerheblichen Preiserhöhungen wurden Zustand und Qualität der Wohnung jedoch immer schlechter. Wir würden bei den jetzigen Gegebenheiten von einer Anmietung abraten. Ulrich + Brunhilde Kleinert
