Welcome to our modern apartment in the vibrant new area of Torre del Mar, a rapidly growing neighborhood offering the best in comfort and location. This apartment, located in a newly constructed building, is just one block from the beach, providing quick access to the coast and stunning sea views from its sunny terrace.
Located on the third floor, the apartment features a bright and spacious living-dining room connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the Mediterranean views.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a second full bathroom with modern showers. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) in both the bedrooms and the living-dining room, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The complex offers access to a seasonal community pool during the summer months, although its opening and closing times are subject to the homeowners' association regulations.
Additionally, the apartment includes a private parking space in the building’s garage, making your stay even more convenient.
Important Note: Due to the current extreme drought in the region, the local government has implemented water cuts between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM, though these times may vary. Fortunately, our building has a water tank system in place, so guests have not been affected by these restrictions so far.
