This wonderful bright house is spread over 200m2 and is located in a quiet area with a swimming pool and separate barbecue area. The house is part of a larger complex of 4 houses, with which it shares the parking and the leisure area (with a ping-pong table). The houses are separated from each other by a wooden fence that delimits each one of them, each with its own garden area and swimming pool. The rest of the house is fully private for the 8 people staying here.

The private house is spread over four floors.

On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen, with access to the glazed terrace with chill-out area and outdoor dining area. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. From this floor, it is possible to access a porch in the front area of the house, surrounded by a nice private garden.

On the first floor of the house, there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and two other bedrooms with two single beds each. These two bedrooms share the use of another bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there is a lovely room with relax area and terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

On the other hand, on the floor minus one, which is located on the same level as the swimming pool area, there is a 60m2 room with a small kitchen, one toilet and a lounge space with billiards and table football.

In the outdoor area, you will have at your disposal the fabulous private swimming pool of 7x4 metres, comfortable sun loungers to relax in the open air, a perfectly maintained garden and a covered barbecue area.

Access to the house is via a paved lane.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
