Holiday villa in Velez-Malaga, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This splendid two-storey, light-filled holiday villa provides a gorgeous setting to relax and make the most of some well-deserved holidays. Just by looking at the pictures, you will know that it will be hard to leave this villa once your holidays are over. Located only 1 km from the beach and 30 km east of Malaga, you will have all the comforts at hand, which you can enjoy together with seven people more.

The ground floor of the villa is exquisitely decorated with modern furniture and design details. The entrance hall leads to a lovely dining-living room featuring two comfortable sofas and an 8-place glass dining table. Near the living area, you will find a spectacular independent kitchen, which is fully equipped and with hi-tech electric appliances. This ensures you’ll prepare delicious meals to surprise your party. An independent toilet is also to be found on the ground floor of the villa.

The first floor welcomes three modern bedrooms with one double bed each. Two of them are provided with access to the splendid terrace, where you can relax in the sunshine and enjoy the staggering sea views. The master bedroom also features a lovely en-suite with a bathtub and a shower, and from this bedroom, you can access another room furnished with two single beds. Note that this is the only way to enter the latter. The first floor is also equipped with another bathroom featuring a fabulous whirlpool bathtub and two washbasins.

The three bedrooms of the first floor and the living area on the ground floor are provided with warm/cool air-con, which guarantees an optimal temperature throughout the year.

The indoor of the villa is completed by a 100 sq-mt basement where up to 4 cars can be parked.

Moving to the outdoors of the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious area: the perfect spot to make the most of the warm sunshine and the fresh breeze that characterises this area of the Costa del Sol. A shaded area for “al fresco” dining is located right in front of the wide windows that separate the living area from the outdoors. On the right side of the villa, a fabulous private pool and a few poolside sun loungers and parasols let you cool yourself off and sunbathe as much as you want.

The access to the villa is made possible via a paved lane.

Out best holiday

This was our first ever villa holiday and for us as a family it just worked far better than being in a hotel. The villa is amazing and is so well equipped. The area is a traditional spanish town that is very laid back but has all you need for a relaxing holiday

Accommodation was perfect for us, we bbq’d most evenings on the sun deck.Great communication, especially when a storm knocked out the power. Moises kept us updated with local news on progress of getting the power back on. Would definitely recommend.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem man eine wundervolle Zeit verbringen kann. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Metzgerei befinden sich gleich um die Ecke, ebenso wie mehrere Cafés und Restaurants. Der Strand ist herrlich, und man kann kilometerweit zu den Nachbardörfern spazieren oder joggen.

Tolles Haus mit großzügiger Ausstattung in einer perfekten Umgebung. Geräumige Tiefgarage mit automatischem Sektionaltor. 15 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Restaurants alles fußläufig. Nicht touristisch, perfekte Infrastruktur. Ein paar notwendige Renovierungsarbeiten stehen jetzt im Dezember 2025 an.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um auch zu Fuß einkaufen, essen und spazieren gehen zu können. Rund um Almayate liegen wunderbare Orte zum Erkunden. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar für Fragen und super höflich. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll war der Pool, in dem die Kinder jeden Tag ihren Spaß hatten. Restaurants und Läden für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Auch die schönen Strände in der Umgebung waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und ideal für Tagesausflüge. Der Vermieter war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat sich zuverlässig um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Für das, was geboten wird, ist diese Unterkunft wirklich eine hervorragende Wahl.

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt, und dieses Mal haben wir Freunde und ihre Kinder mitgenommen, die tatsächlich gebucht haben, nächstes Jahr selbst wiederzukommen. Moises & Cristina sind einfach wundervolle Menschen und arbeiten wirklich gut und hart, um Ihren Aufenthalt so entspannend und stressfrei wie möglich zu gestalten. Cristina hat uns sogar eine Geburtstagstorte zum 40. Geburtstag unserer Freunde mitgebracht, mehr als das. Die Lage ist völlig ausreichend, um Ruhe zu haben und alles zu haben, was man braucht, aber auch nah genug an Torre Del Mar und sogar Malaga, falls Sie jemals mehr von Ihrem Aufenthalt wollen. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mehr, damit man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir werden wiederkommen 😍

Paradiesische Villa in einem kleinen Dorf: Der Swimmingpool, die gut ausgestattete Küche, die unglaubliche Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und der sehr kommunikative und freundliche Besitzer machen diesen Ort zu einem absoluten Urlaubsparadies. Der kleine Ort Almayate bietet mit einigen Supermärkten, einem Bäcker, einer Bank und einigen Cafés alles, was man braucht. Es ist auch nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Torre del Mar entfernt, wo es alles gibt, was Sie brauchen. Einfach perfekt.
