The room was situated next to a heavy goods train station/yard. You got a kettle, coffee and ear buds on your dressing table. Also I wasn't sent a proper confirmation of the booking or an invoice just an email from the hotel asking if I needed an airport shuttle. I called them, but no one spoke any English. It also turned out I had booked a day too soon which I would have spotyted had I been emailed a confirmation. Similarly no invoice was emailed me so I'm now having to send emails to get receipts for my expenses. All in all a pretty rubbish effort

Curtains were down Cob webs in the room Tea kettle looked like it hadn’t been washed in months Supposed fridge was not working No place to put your soap bar or your shampoo in the bathroom! Tiny bathroom.

We picked this hotel because we had an early morning flight. There is plenty of parking and a free shuttle. We needed to return our car rental the day before our flight and the shuttle even picked us up from the airport then. The shuttle driver was waiting downstairs for us, when we had to leave at 4am for our flight. There is a railroad and bus 5 minutes away, convenient to go into Zagreb but a bit noisy, they did provide earplugs. The restaurant was very good. We ate in the wine cellar room and our server, I don’t know his name, was very helpful with recommendations, and very friendly and personable.

The room was what we needed - 10 minutes from the airport, inexpensive, with a place to eat dinner. The restaurant didn't look like much but it was on site so it served our purpose. We had a bad burger, good fries and a tasty pasta dish. They were understaffed but the limited staff was hard working. We left at 4:00 for our 6:00 flight so we did not eat any breakfast there.

Our room (#10) was in excellent shape and/or recently refreshed. Staff held our bags for early checkin. Airport shuttle picked us up from airport car rental and to airport the next morning as scheduled (~ 10 minutes away). Was convenient to have the restaurant on site- used twice. Really appreciated the nice functional room. Please note NO elevator- was an effort to get our medium luggages to the top floor.

Remote location! Room smells. Hotel stairs are semi dangerous in layout in one area. Room/hotel is nothing like the photos. Austere. Bland. Have to walk 2 blocks to train with 3 rolling suitcases to get to Zagreb (proper) bus station. Never would book again.

These rooms are above a restaurant near the airport. There is no elevator and no assistance with luggage. One room even had steps up and down within the room! If you have mobility problems you should not try to stay here.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. The area is close to the airport and offered 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and that is why I booked it. Very convenient. The room was adequate, beds good and shower very good. The area around is not welcoming to walk around as it is far from town and close to the railroad tracks.

Close to Zagreb airport, free shuttle to hotel. Just called upon arrival and van was there very quickly. Also great that the hotel is just a short walk to the train station. I arrived late and left early, so did not get a chance to have a meal at the restaurant. There are a couple of flights of stairs. You have to walk up to get to the rooms would be helpful if there was a USB port for charging.

Rooms were super clean, staff was very nice and helpful. It was extremely convinient due to the close vicinity to the airport and having a restaurant. Please be aware that it is next to a railroad track that has teaffic several times a night so sleep may be interrupted.

Pros: close to Zagreb airport, free airport shuttle (the hotel staff even picked us up after we dropped off our rental car the night before), friendly staff, great tasty restaurant on site, balcony in the room Cons (didn't bother us, but to be aware of): there was no playground as advertised in the photos on Expedia site, no elevator, so you have to haul your luggage up the stairs (staff offered to help though). Overall, good stay for one night before your flight for the value
