Lovely hotel

This hotel is cool- the walls are carpetted and each room has it's own subtle/fun animal theme that matches the wall carpet outside the room, inside the room, and on the room key. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel also has a pretty view and a nice staff. It is possible to walk to town from the hotel (about 25 minutes), although the path is interesting. It's also easy and inexpensive to take a cab to town.

It was listed as a 4 STAR HOTEL, but the room we were given was 2 star with a bathroom that had 10 square ft area, that had the sink, a toilet and a shower-head in it...we asked for another room but were told that because of a wedding there are no rooms available. So we paid for a 4 star room and slept in a 2 star one, with spiders in the room.

Property did not live up to expectations from other reviews. It was average. Quite worn in places and very basic facilities in the room. Our balcony had railings missing making it extremely dangerous for our 6 year old daughter outside due to the risk of falling. The chipboard units were worn and the whole unit was dated and overpriced. Parking was a nightmare as the parking lot was full so we parked roadside away from the property. There was a live act singing into the early hours thundering through the corridors making it difficult for our children to sleep. I would say the property is average at best, overpriced and I will not be returning. On a positive note the staff were great

Like a wedding venue with no hospitality skills

This hotel looked like a glitzy wedding venue. Total unsuitable for couples. For example we always sat at huge tables for 6 -8 people when it was just us two. A place that shows no hospitality skills at all. I could list countless examples but will mention just a few. The shower in the tiny wet room was directly over the WC. At night the hotel became cold there was no heating and our clothes became very damp. We were give an electric heat and saw that another guest had too. We carried lounge furniture outside to the large patio area ourselves because there was no garden furniture. On two consecutive mornings there was no member of staff to provide breakfast, we had to ask at reception and on the second day we had to wait for him to arrive (late to wor) Finally on departure another guests card was charge for our stay. Fortunately we had paid in advance.

C’est juste qu’il n’y a pas de placard et que la douche d’ailleurs comme dans d’autres hĂŽtels de Bulgarie (Sofia et Plovdiv) est littĂ©ralement dans les toilettes Par contre Restaurant San cocktail Ils nous ont quand mĂȘme fait un aperol. Le personnel trĂšs professionnel et le monsieur de l’accueil m’a sauvĂ© d’une situation compliquĂ©e Ă  savoir trouver 2 places dans une compagnie de bus pour aller Ă  Varna. Das Hotel liegt an einer Zubringerstraße zur Stadt, dafĂŒr ist es jedoch verhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸig ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, die Altstadt sowie die Burg sind zu Fuß in 30-40 Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Der Weg durch den Sveta-Park ist auch angenehm. Mit dem Auto sollte man nicht in die Stadt fahren, da die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt sind. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist sehr schön, leider nur ist die Burg nicht zu sehen von der Terrasse aus. Einzig das FrĂŒhstĂŒck fand ich nicht gut.

Un hĂŽtel beau et moderne sans chaleur humaine

L’hĂŽtel se trouve loin du coeur de Veliko Tarnovo il faut impĂ©rativement une voiture et comme nous venions en voiture ce n’était pas un problĂšme. L’hĂŽtel est au calme et dispose d’un parking gratuit. La zone ou se trouve l’hĂŽtel bien que partiellement en travaux est agrĂ©able car il y a de jolies espaces vert. L’accueil Ă©tait honnĂȘtement mĂ©diocre. Aucune chaleur humaine, mais rien de dramatique, juste que l’on prĂ©fĂšre un peu de sourire qu’un check in oĂč on a l’impression de gĂȘner. La chambre est confortable, moderne et bien dĂ©corĂ© La vue est magnifique Il y a du cafĂ© et de l’eau minĂ©rale dans la chambre, seul ombre au tableau, la salle d’eau oĂč le wc sont dans la douche Petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  choisir parmi 4 formules avec de bon ingrĂ©dients et la possibilitĂ© de le prendre dans une salle ou sur une terrasse avec une trĂšs belle vue panoramique.

O quarto estĂĄ bem decorado e confortĂĄvel, todavia a limpeza pode ser melhorada. Existiam vĂĄrias teias de aranha espalhadas pelo quarto e casa de banho.
