The area where the hotel is, is currently under construction. It was very difficult to access the hotel and when I tried to call them several times, nobody answered it. Staff was very friendly

Friendly staff and good price but reeked of smoke

Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available.

Nous avons sejourné 2 nuits si la literie est confortable la propreté est correcte mais ce n’est pas impeccable: odeur persistante de cuisine malgré l’aeration de la chambre, rideau de douche sale, joints de douche moisi. Mais la grosse arnaque est au petit dejeuner : 9€ pour des viennoiseries huileuses, un vieux bout de pain, quelques tranche de fromage seché yahourts et jus de fruit. Il es indiqué fruits secs et frais qui sont totalement absents, pas de salé !! C’est simple nous avons voulu annuler le pdj du lendemain mais l’etablissement ne veut pas rembourser sous divers prétextes fallacieux comme un délai de prévenance ( la veille au soir pour le lendemain me semble correct pour des produits surgelés) Bref, première et dernière fois chez montempo pour moi.

Une belle nuit du samedi 11 octobre. On nous demande une caution en autorisation bancaire pas de soucis. Le rendu de cette caution devait se faire le lundi 13 octobre à midi mais aujourd'hui nous sommes le jeudi 16 octobre et ma caution n est toujours pas rendu 😡😡😡😡. Encore mieux ce vendredi nous y retournons (on avait réservé ce lundi me disant que d ici mardi max la caution serait rendu) bien sûr une caution est déjà prélever en plus de celle du dernier séjour 😂😂😂😡😡😡.
