Agréable maison pour des vacances en famille

A l'unanimité (9 adultes), nous avons apprécié cette grande maison très bien équipée, au calme mais toutefois proche des commerces et de la plage. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi appréciable, avec un grand jardin, idéal pour que des enfants puissent jouer et une piscine. Le seul point d'amélioration à noter serait la literie, notamment lorsqu'on y séjourne pour une longue période (ici 2 semaines). Un grand merci à Estelle qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir, pour sa rapidité dans les réponses et sa gentillesse.

superbe location aménagée avec gout, beaucoup d'espace intérieur et extérieur. piscine sécurisée pour les enfants douche extérieure pour enlever le sable et faire un plongeon bien méritéélectro ménager et vaisselle en quantité largement suffisante.espace parasol, relax, toujours proche de la surveillance des enfants par rapport à la piscine.Rien ne manque à cette location qui nous a fait passer un séjour idyllique en famille.proche du marché quotidien renommé de Montalivetet de la plage sud. Tout se fait à pieds.bon séjour aux futurs estivants

Sejour entre amis

Nous avons passé 2 semaines a Montalivet. La maison est tres bien placée, à 2 pas de la plage et du marché , au pied de la velodyssee et de la pinède. Il n' y a rien a dire, tout etait super!

Ein gelungener Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, sowohl aus Sicht des Wetters als auch der Lokalität. Meeresnähe, großzügiges Haus mit Pool (der von allen speziell den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt wurde) und französisches Seebadambiente kam bei allen sehr gut an. Auch der im Hinterland gelegene Lac Hourtin wurde mehrmals besucht. Die abschließende Hausübergabe mit Estelle erfolgte zügig und problemlos Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und ein Ort den wir weiter empfehlen können.

Viel Platz

Balinesisches Haus in Südmontalivet

Ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter, alles sauber, alles ok. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit der Hausmanagerin. Unseres Erachtens ist das Haus nicht für 12 Personen geeignet, die Hälfte tut’s eher. Genial die tägliche Poolpflege durch Pierrot! Das Haus ist sehr fernöstlich gestaltet und komplett aus Holz gebaut. 2 Etagen. Kleine Dusche im UG, Wanne im OG. 2 Toiletten. Die Lage am Wald ist sehr romantisch, die Terrassenüberdachung, teils bewachsen mit Glycinien, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Freunden bei ein oder mehreren Gläschen Wein ein. Viele Mücken, also sollten Fliegengitter mitgebracht werden und Antibrumm o.ä..? Es gibt einen funktionierenden Holzkohlegrill. Außerdem einen Stellplatz für 1PKW und einen überdachten Stellplatz für mehrere Fahrräder innerhalb des großzügigen Grundstücks. TV nur französische Sender; WLAN vorhanden. Die Endabnahme gestaltete sich absolut problemlos.

Excellente semaine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est agréable, la piscine très bien entretenue, le jardin est parfait pour que les enfants puissent en profiter. Le quartier est calme et à 10min à pied du centre ville où on y trouve toutes les commodités ainsi qu'un beau marché quotidien. Merci à Estelle pour son accueil et nos différents échanges. Merci à Pierrot pour l'entretien de la piscine. Vous avez été très réactifs, nous avons beaucoup apprécié !

EVASION

Dépaysement assuré dès les 1ères heures de notre séjour. La maison toute en bois et la décoration très indonésienne nous entraine dans une évasion vers Bali. Malgré le temps maussade, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Merci Michel.

Dépaysement à Bali

Très belle maison d'inspiration balinaise, tout en bois, implantée au bord de la pinède. Parfait pour décompresser. Michel a été un hôte très prévenant et sympathique. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Parfait

Très bon séjour dans une station agréable et familiale. La maison se situe en lisière de forêt et a 10 mètres d'une piste cyclable. Les rues adjacentes sont calmes et permettent de rejoindre le centre à vélo en quelques minutes. La piste cyclable mène à l'océan en quelques minutes également... Bref très bonnes vacances tout en vélo avec le surf sous le bras.

Merveilleux séjour avec famille et amis

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines dans cette maison. Les enfants ont profité tous les jours de la superbe piscine. Nous avons mangé tous les jours les produits frais du marché (à 5 minutes) et nous avons passé toutes les journées à la plage (qui se trouvent toutes vraiment à proximité de la maison.) La maison est en bois et on y entend tout, ce qui est vraiment le seul (tout petit) bémol, et on s‘y habitue vite. :-) On a passé de très belles vacances et on y retournera! :-)
