During the off-season, we require a minimum rental of 5 nights, while January 1st to March 31st requires a minimum of 30 nights, and April has a minimum of 7 nights. The home comes fully furnished with complimentary Wi-Fi, two TVs with cable, internet, and optional free phone service upon request.
