Disliked: Cleanliness
Amenities poorly maintained, old, dirty, and cluttered with owners personal items. Most importantly, we booked and fully paid for Jan. and Feb. 2026 in May 2025 but were notified just before Thanksgiving that the owners needed the condo for Feb. They refunded our money but we were unable to find a reasonable replacement for Feb. at that late date. We were first told they sold the condo and didn’t know when the closing date would be and later we were told they over booked. Neither of theses explanations were of any help to us!

Great location, close to Venice ave with all its shopping and restaurants. The sunsets are beautiful. The view from lanai is spectacular
