Gondola Drive is a stunning Lake Front house, with a large pool on the lake, very well painted and kept with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. The home has wifi, internet, a color TV in each bedroom as well as a large TV in the Living room and in the Family Great room. The home has a 2 car attached garage to keep your cars cool and dry.

Our home is just 2.5 miles to the beautiful Venice beaches, and 3 miles from the Old Florida Village of Venice, with all of its great shopping and fine local restaurants right on Venice Avenue.

When you come to Venice you will enjoy the beautiful Gulf, lots of Golf, Croquet at Wellfield Park, Tennis, swimming, and amazing Beach SUNSETS. All this is within a 3 miles of the idyllic, beautiful and quiet lake front neighborhood where you have chosen to stay.

When you reserve our home you can be sure of your stay as our Gondola Dr house is listed exclusively on VROB, nowhere else.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure that all towels are washed, & dried and placed back into the closet Wash and dry all sheets and place on the beds. Typically it is a $150 fee if laundry needs to be sent out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was in good location and view was very nice, patio spacious, although only half was really usable space as is was cracked and uneven with many loose pebbles. House itself was spacious as well with a nice layout, however it appeared to us, the house had not been inhabited lately as there were dead bugs in bathtub and insect poop in guest room window ledge and down the wall to the carpet which was quite stained. I used vacuum prior to my family arriving which smelled musty, as well as house, can only imaging house must have been shut up for a while.

Lovely property! Excellent host!

Wow! What can we say.. perfection! This house was fabulous! Great location! Spacious! Well appointed and best yet, the host was AMAZING!! Highly recommend! We would stay here all year if we could!
