Looking to rent as of January 2026 and beyond - Three month minimum and must fill out an application with home owner's association. A rental application fee of $125 is applied. As a courtesy, I will not charge a cleaning fee. It is just protocol so they know that the owner is renting. No smoking, No pets!

Unit is in Lakes of Capri Condominiums off of Capri Isles Boulevard! There is a nearby golf course, Publix is a mile away off of Venice Avenue. Travel Venice Avenue three miles into Downtown Venice. Unit is 4 miles from Venice Beach (free parking!).
