Our updated, fully furnished villa is located in the Myrtle Trace subdivision of The Plantation Golf & Country Club. This villa is idyllic for your quintessential Florida getaway. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the wildlife around the lake. Take a walk amongst the beautiful Oak lined streets. At night, entertain in the chef's kitchen. This villa has a little something for everyone! Complete with: beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and additional guest linens. Included: Water, electricity, HOA , wi-fi , internet and cable. PLUS, a 2 car garage with with ample storage. The villa has 2 spacious primary suites that each have their own private bathrooms attached.
The Community pool and Clubhouse is steps away when you feel like a dip in the pool. 10-15 minutes drive to Caspersen Beach, Venice Beach, Manasota Beach (best place to find shark's teeth), Nokomis Beach, Venice Fishing Pier and South Jetty. 10 minutes drive to Walmart, Costco, Target, Starbucks and downtown Venice shops. There are outstanding golfing and fishing opportunities for everyone to enjoy.

Home and neighborhood was perfect!

We loved the place and hope to return! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We’ve stayed in many places, but this kitchen had everything we needed. Location perfect for our needs. The pool was lovely with nice landscaping and friendly neighbors. Tara, the host, was very responsive. We had a plumbing problem that was fixed timely
