15 km from Orléans, in a former 16th-century fortified house, this gîte on a working farm offers a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation, hiking, and visits to the Loire Valley châteaux. It is separate from the owners' home. It features a private entrance and garden bordering fields, and a terrace. Ground floor: Living room with open kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190 cm), Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190 cm), and Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140x190 cm), and a baby crib. Private bathroom (bathtub and shower), separate toilet.
Outdoors: Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions (the pet must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of €3/pet/night is required. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.)
RATE INCLUDING CHARGES: Electricity and heating included, wood provided. Cleaning and linens included. Beds made upon arrival. Security deposit required, €500 deposit for businesses.
From Orléans, take the N152 towards Vennecy, turn right at the town hall stop sign, turn right onto Rue de Villiers at the exit of the village and continue straight to the end (800 m). Take the N60, exit at Chécy, towards Neuville aux Bois-Vennecy (5 km). After the railway line, take the first street on the left.
