Renovated house near Orleans, pets allowed
15 km from Orléans, within the grounds of an old fortified house, on an organic farm (fruit and vegetables). An old building has been renovated with exposed stone and fresh colors. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting between the Loire Valley and the forest, close to many attractions, including Orléans. On the same site, there are two gîtes for 5 and 4 people. In a separate building, on the ground floor, one with direct access from the terrace. Ground floor: living room/lounge with wood-burning stove (wood provided), equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1, accessible for people with reduced mobility (two single beds) with its en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 cm beds and its open bathroom (shower, sink, toilet. A screen is available). Bedroom 3 has its en-suite bathroom separated by a curtain. The single beds can be pushed together to make a double bed.
Outdoors: Small private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Unfenced grounds.
Pets are welcome under certain conditions (pets must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of €3/pet/night is required. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.)
RATE INCLUDING CHARGES: Electricity and heating included, wood provided. Cleaning and linens included in the rental. Beds made upon arrival. Baby cot available. €500 deposit for companies. One ground-floor room with its bathroom and toilet is wheelchair accessible.
From Orléans, take the N152 towards Vennecy, turn right at the town hall stop sign, turn right on Rue de Villiers as you exit the village, and continue straight to the end (800 m). Take the N60, exit at Chécy, towards Neuville aux Bois-Vennecy (5 km). After the railway line, take the first street on the left.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Pets: €3.00 per day
- Towels: €4.26 per person per stay
