Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht über das Meer und die Küste. Leider war es das schon an Positivem. Die Wohnung war während unseres Aufenthalts nämlich komplett mit Ameisen befallen gewesen. Vor allem in Küche und Bad war es extrem wo sich oft Ameisenstrassen bildeten wenn mal was rumlag oder etwas offen stand. Der Vermieter war hier auch nicht sehr hilfreich, da er uns, anstatt zu helfen, nur empfahl selbst ein Ameisenspray zu besorgen. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekamen wir dann eine fast leere verrostete Dose Ameisenspray vor die Türe gestellt, welche leider auch keine Besserung brachte. Während unseres Aufenthalts war zudem die großen Herdplatten defekt, ebenso der Staubsauger. Auch sonst war zum Putzen nur ein rostiger Besen und nur ein Kehrblech ohne Besen vorhanden. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war neben ein paar wenigen Schränken zudem auch noch stark in die Jahre gekommen. Am schlimmsten war dabei aber die Couch im WZ welche schon total vergilbt und durchgesessen war. Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ventimiglia Alta gelegen also außerhalb vom Zentrum. Zu einem kleinen nahe gelegenen Strand kommt man zu Fuß gut hin. auch die Altstadt ist in der Nähe. Auf dem Rückweg muss man sich dann aber die sehr steile Rampe zum Haus hoch quälen. Das macht man ein, zwei Mal aber nicht jeden Tag. Da das Zentrum auch nicht gerade nah ist, ist man hier somit also auf ein Auto angewiesen. Alles in allem also für den Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour, appartement spacieux et lumineux . Vue panoramique sur la mer extraordinaire. Location propre et très confortable. Environnement très calme. Une seule petite remarque concernant le mobilier, les deux petits canapés ont beaucoup vécu . Entièrement satisfait du service gestionnaire. Bien cordialement.

restriction du chauffage de 6h-8h/11h-13h/17h-22h. tele inutilisable (sauf tv italienne) très mauvaise connexion antenne et wifi (revoir l'installation électrique. aucune notice d'utilisation en français.porter des adaptateurs de prises électriques (pas les mêmes normes AFNOR)contacts peu aimables voire désagréables lors du problème de remise de clé à l'arrivée. obligé de téléphoner sur numéro de paris pour avoir un correspondant parlant français. seul point positif: appartement magnifique (mais froid)

Vue superbe

La terrasse est ensoleillée à partir de midi. La vue est superbe. La voiture est essentielle. Il y a un stationnement privé fermé par un portail. À l'arrivée, le représentant fixe un rendez-vous devant le portail afin de permettre d'y accéder.
