Les Pistes de Ventron

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ventron, this charming flat within a Vosges farm, of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m² (with wood stove), an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 50 m² and a terrace. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, stove (wood not provided), sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen size bed (160×200) and bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A private to relax after your days of skiing or hiking.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A wooden terrace of 20 m², shaded, with a view on the valley, with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A shared garden of about 50 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Ventron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a Vosges farm with no immediate neighbours, with a clear view over the valley. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the commune and in Cornimont, as well as from shops, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
Nestled in the heart of the Massif Vosgiens in the Regional Natural Park of the High Vosges at the gates of Alsace, in a green setting, where the forest is omnipresent.
- Tourist sites: Gérardmer lake, the Hohneck (from its summit a magnificent panorama of the Vosges), Colmar (the little Venice of Alsace), Kaysersberg (a superb village on the wine route)....
- Sporting activities: hiking, cycling and mountain biking from the gîte. In winter, the ski resort of "Frère Joseph" also called "Les Pistes de Ventron"...
- Cultural visits: visit a copper mine, discovery and tasting in the vineyards ...
- Events : Film festival in Gerardmer, Daffodil festival...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the gîte.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Kruth train station is about 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located at about 1h58 by car.

Other remarks:
- Free wifi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation on request, please specify when booking, extra charge for several pets (25€ / pet).
- Possibility to order bread and pastries delivered to the house every morning on request.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- The wood-burning stove is functional, wood not provided
- There are other accommodations in the same building.
