Our stay was good, I was disappointed in the condition of the back yard and the Spa and BBQ area. I was not maintained and there was a lot of leaves rotten avocados on the ground. The house was fine with the exception of limited flat wear provided. That was remedied when we contacted the appropriate party.

Clean. Open with lots of light from windows and French doors. Interior decoration, colors and feel were inviting and cool. Well Connected with outside in backyard with French doors and cool climate. We came to Ventura to visit our daughter for Christmas. This house was perfect for our family. The California vibe was fun. The location was central and made all of our touring easy. I would definitely stay here again. Property managers, Sunny Days was responsive and easy to work with as well.
