We really enjoyed this place. I rented the main house and the casita for me, my three kids (and my daughter's partner)--so four adults and one teenager. Check-in went really smoothly and I got a quick response to my text asking for the casita door code before we arrived. I loved the location at the end of a dead-end street (no traffic) and at the base of a beautiful hill/mountain. We were easily able to ride our bikes to the beach and other places (we used a car to go downtown and to beaches further away). We loved the back patio in the mornings and evenings. It's a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and we ate several meals there. The AC units really helped cool things down. Just two tiny things that were not an issue--we couldn't find the TV remote and the coffee maker in the casita didn't work. Again, it was no problem and we didn't bother reaching out during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
