Entry was confusing almost drove in on a pedestrian path - need some better signage out front. Valet parking lot was also taking up too much space and configured weird hard to find your way out. Only spoke to front desk and valet staff both seemed friendly. Lobby was very noisy with a Friday night bar scene open air to outside. The hotel was a bit dated they had scaffolding up all around but couldn’t tell for what reason paint new windows sound proofing ??? Room was cozy but they gave the wife and I 2 queens instead of 1 king. Had the closest room to 101 Fwy and you certainly could tell all night as traffic and trucks never stopped. Loved the beach access though took an early walk before check out so that was nice.

Booked ocean view and it would have been great but there was two rows of scaffolding outside our balcony obstructing the view. The sliding glass window was also so corroded that we couldn’t see out of it. Wasn’t very happy. I sent message to the hotel but never got a response.

The room was fine, and the location was fine. But the hotel had construction going on, and the manager still put us in a room right next to it. When I checked in, there was nothing outside—but within an hour, there were workers on scaffolding staring straight into our window! When we asked to change rooms, the manager (I think his name was Vincent) flat-out refused. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Crowne Plaza. We eventually got moved, but he kept arguing with us. The place looks run-down too—dirty carpets in the halls, overall shabby vibe. The room and the location itself was the only decent part. Definitely do not stay in this hotel. I would have given a zero if possible.
