Newly constructed, custom waterfront home: 4 bed, 2.5 bath, sleeps maximum of 15 based on sleeping arrangements, two car garage, washer and dryer, personal 30 foot beach, private dock with lift, a boat ramp directly across the bay, and free Wifi!

Welcome to The Fox Den, a waterfront property overlooking Ventura Bay and Clear Lake. The Fox Den got its name from the the original 1940's cabin that sat on this property and the baby fox that lived under this front porch when we purchased the property. While staying here, you will enjoy the beautifully wooded, quaint atmosphere of Ventura Heights, while just minutes away from Clear Lake's local shops and down town, lake-life atmosphere. Whether you're here to fish, enjoy water sports, walking the trails, or just spending time relaxing with family, this home is sure meet all of your needs!

Bringing the kids, no problem! We have a pack'n play, convertible booster seat/highchair, extra bibs, and extra wipes (we've all been there!) Forgot something? We hope to have extras of most things you'll need during your stay. There are folding chairs, life jackets, etc. in the lower level storage closet.

There is a 2 Stall Garage with 2 car driveway. There is a public access on one side of the property that is available for additional daytime parking.

MAIN FLOOR: Zero entry from garage to main floor. This floor consists of a powder bathroom, kitchen, great room (with a sleeper sofa), TV, and deck overlooking the lake.

2ND FLOOR LOFT: Enjoy a view from the 2nd floor balcony that overlooks the main level and a full wall of windows looking directly out to the lake. This floor has a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and shower. One of the bedrooms on this floor includes a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath, sleeping up to 5. The other two bedrooms each include a queen bed overlooking a picturesque wooded area.

LOWER LEVEL: The lower level consists of a living area with a queen pull out sofa, a TV, and a spacious patio overlooking the lake. This floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and washer and dryer!

This property is strictly non-smoking. No parties! We want you to have a blast, but ask that you respect all of our lovely neighbors. This home is proudly owner-managed. Text, call, or email us with questions!
