This very nice house with all comforts and a garden is ideal for a stay by the sea with family or friends!
Located in a quiet and pleasant environment, the house is only 400 meters from the D-Day beaches.
Combining the modern style with the old, this 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room with wood stove, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub. Enclosed garden.
Let yourself be tempted by an escapade on the coast and discover the pretty town of Ver-sur-Mer: discovery of the various D-Day beaches, walking or cycling, tennis, sailing club.

The house :
First floor:
- Entrance with storage space leading to the living room.
- Living-dining room with sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD player, sound bar, wood stove and a large dining area with a convivial table. Firewood not provided.
- Open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, ice maker and various kitchen utensils.
- Separate WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: Spacious, it is composed of a double bed in 140 x 190 cm, a dressing room, desk and library.
-Bedroom 2: Ideal for two children, it has a bunk bed, consisting of two beds with dimensions of 90 x 190 cm and an extra bed with dimensions of 90 x 190 cm.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a basin, a hair dryer.

Outside :
- Garden of about 60 m² fully enclosed, located at the front of the house, is furnished with garden furniture and four chairs to enjoy a meal outside. Electric barbecue, deckchairs, beach chairs and parasols are also available.

Excellent location and perfect property

Beautiful quiet and relaxed holiday property. Wonderfully sheltered garden. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Awesome local restaurant (The Sexton) but advisable to reserve a table in good time. 2 mile walk to Courseulles-sur-Mer with a greater range of dining locations.

My second visit was just as superb as the first!

Apart from one tiny detail (keys were missing from the key box when we arrived) which was dealt with in an excellent manner by Terre de Nacre concergerie, this was a perfect visit.

Nettes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus La Jeannette sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief dank Schlüsselsafe am Tor problemlos, man ist damit an keine bestimmte Ankunftszeit gebunden. Das Haus liegt ruhig, etwas von der Straße abgelegen, die benachbarten Häuser sind anscheinend teilweise unbewohnt. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, auch in der Küche und zum Waschen ist alles vorhanden. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der kleine, schön bepflanzte Vorgarten mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Essen und Liegestuhl zum Relaxen. Was auf den Bildern für uns nicht ersichtlich war: Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Kinderschlafzimmer. Mit kleinen Kindern ist das wahrscheinlich kein großes Problem, aber mit unserer Teenagerin, die andere Schlafgewohnheiten hat als wir, war es doch etwas störend. Apropos kleinere Kinder: Es sind sehr viele Spiele und Spielsachen vorhanden, die es zu entdecken gibt. Das Elternbett war uns auch etwas zu klein mit 140 x 190 cm, was in Frankreich aber wohl Standard ist. Das Auto kann nicht wie im Inserat angegeben auf dem Grundstück und auch nicht in der kleinen Stichstraße geparkt werden, sondern muss auf der Straße abgestellt werden. Das ist aber kein Problem, der Ort ist sehr ruhig, mit nur wenig Verkehr. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können dieses Haus für Paare oder Eltern mit jungen Kindern empfehlen.

Un séjour normand très agréable

La location était très bien, tout était à disposition et bien pensé. Toute la famille a passé un excellent séjour. Idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants aux âges compris entre 4 et 10 ans (jeux, bd à dispo…), agrémenté d’histoire avec les différents sites en lien avec le d-day ! Un bémol : pour le prix de location des draps qui reste élevé, surtout qu’en plus nous avons du faire les lits en arrivant et les défaire en repartant. Donc privilégiez le fait de prendre vos propres draps !

sauber und nett, tolle Lage, aber eher für kleinere Familien

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es war wirklich sauber und angenehm mit ausreichend Platz. Kühlschrank top, viel Stauraum, Küche ist gut angeordnet und nutzbar, großer Tisch, Stauraum draußen, auch absperrbar für ein Fahrrad, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine bestens. Betten: Die Matratze im Doppelbett war super. Das 5. Bett ist ein Beistellbett, gut, aber eher für kleinere Kinder, ebenso wie das Etagenbett. Wer mit Jugendlichen reist, wird hier wenig Freude haben, zumal das Kinderzimmer sehr klein ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig, man ist in wenigen Minuten am überwachten Strand, der selbst im August recht leer war, es gibt einen Bolzplatz dort, klare Empfehlung. Etwas Abstriche mussten wir machen - Kochfläche und Herd sind alt und angerostet, und die Küchenausstattung ist für 5 Personen unterdimensioniert. Es gibt nur einen größeren Topf, einiges sollte man ersetzen. Und ein mit Plastikfolie abgeklebter Tisch schützt zwar die Tischplatte, ist aber unangenehm. Für den Preis des Hauses nicht angemessen. Nur ein Hinweis, keine Abwertung: Lebensmittel, Gewürze, etc. und Geschirrreiniger sind nicht vorhanden - muss man alles mitbringen. Fand ich sehr angenehm, dass nichts altes vorzufinden war, wie so oft in Ferienhäusern.

Für uns hat alles gepasst

Dieses charmante Haus ist bis ins letzte Eck praktisch durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Umgeben von nett grüßenden französischen Nachbarn ist man gleich mittendrin im vie en France. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. In unmittelbarer Fußnähe befindet sich ein kilometerlanger menschenleerer Sandstrand. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein nettes Restaurant und sogar ein Friseur. Bayeux, Caen, Deauville und der Mont Saint Michel sind schöne Ausflugsziele. In den Restaurants haben wir extrem lecker gegessen. Der Austausch mit der Conciergerie war nett und es gibt einen Schlüsselsafe, so dass es keinen Stress mit der Ankunftszeit gibt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kleines Haus mit Potenzial zur Verbesserung

Das Objekt liegt in einer kleinen Sackgasse, das Fahrzeug muss auf der Straße geparkt werden (nicht wie beschrieben auf dem Gelände). Während unseres Aufenthalts Anfang Juli war die Umgebung schön ruhig. Das Haus hat einen kleinen, nett gestalteten Innenhof. Das Bad im 1. OG nicht zum Wohlfühlen: Dichtungen hatten Schimmel, Badewanne war schmutzig, der WC-Deckel fehlte, Zahnputzbecher nicht sauber. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist nur 1 Bad vorhanden, das 2. ist lediglich ein winziges WC ohne Waschbecken im Erdgeschoss. Technische Ausstattung in der Küche war okay, lediglich einige der Küchenutensilien sollten erneuert werden. Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber. Der aufgeführte Kamin darf nicht genutzt werden.

Une magnifique petite maison, dans laquelle on se sent bien, très propre et très bien décorée. Idéalement située près des plages du débarquement, il y a de nombreuses choses à faire et a voir. Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Belle propriété au calme

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette belle maison décorée avec goût Il n y manque rien produits lave vaisselle machine à laver four micro-ondes bibliothèque jeux.. La mer est à 400m à pieds C est un lieu très calme et reposant Nous sommes à côté des plages du département Arromanches Ouistreham Caen . Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire fort charmant qui est à l écoute et aussi le personnel de la conciergerie très sympathique et efficace Bref nous vous recommandons cette location

Maisonnette agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison, heureusement le poêle à bois nous a permis de nous réchauffer car le climat a été très difficile durant notre séjour ! L'étage est très charmant, la pièce de vie un peu petite mais avec le beau temps cela n'aurais pas été un problème. Ver sur mer est à côté d'Arromanche qui est un joli village, criée pour trouver de bonnes huîtres et poissons a 5min et de jolies balades dans le coin !

Gîte fonctionnel et très bien situé

Très beau gîte, situé dans une impasse au calme, à quelques pas de la mer. Il est fonctionnel, nombreux jeux à l’intérieur pour occuper les enfants ; petit jardin pour profiter de l’extérieur agréable. Je recommande ce gîte, vous passerez un bon séjour en Normandie.

Wunderbare Tage am Meer

Buchung, Kontakt vor der Reise und Ein- und Auschecken liefen reibungslos auf Englisch. Das Haus ist stylish und liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Familienfreundlich. Lage mit wenigen 100m zum Meer ein Traum.
