La Maison des Primevères - Proche plages
Cocoonr offers this 82 m² house, which sleeps up to 6 people, to rent in Ver-sur-Mer. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 400 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (not working) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed 400 m² garden with a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Visit to the D-Day landing beaches
- Normandy British Memorial
- Asnelles beach
- Circular cinema at Arromanches
- Courseulles-sur-Mer: park with zip line, harbour, cinema, bowling.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Caen railway station 30km away
- Caen-Carpiquet airport (CFR) 28 km away
