No 3º dia de hospedagem o ar condicionado e o chuveiro parou de funcionar devido ao 1 curto na parte elétrica. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. A pousada deixa a desejar, pois o que é prometido não corresponde ao que realmente é entregue

A pousada deixa muito a desejar. Chuveiro quente não funciona ar condicionado estragado. Reservamos 1 quarto com ar-condicionado, no 3º dia de hospedagem o ar parou de funcionar nao disponibilizaram outro quarto e não solucionou o problema. Prometem uma coisa e entregam outro. Fomos literalmente Ludibriado. Só não posso reclamar do funcionário Antônio ele é uma Pessoa maravilhosas.
