It is located on the ground floor, with a large fenced outdoor terrace of about 40 m2 and has a living room, kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant and comfortable stay, laundry room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. In addition, in the outdoor area there is Wi-Fi, a grassy area and tropical plants and a community pool.
