Located in the heart of the Fronsadais and Libourne vineyards, close to Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, La Souchette cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. For your relaxation, you'll enjoy a large enclosed garden with a pleasant view of the vineyards. Our cottage is housed in a former farmhouse dating back to 1850. Completely renovated, you'll find all modern comforts combined with the charm of stone. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large TV lounge, a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two 140x190 cm beds and two 90x190 cm beds). Sheets, towels, and household linens are available for rent, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (fee-based services). Heating is available at an additional cost (flat rate). Tourist tax is available. Gîte adjoining the owners' home.
