Very noise

There were noisy groups in the hallway at midnight and nobody to tell them to keep quiet. I had a 3 night reservation and move out at the following day. I didn't get my money back but was much better to stay out. Too small elevator (2 people without luggage) and too small stairs. Staff very friendly. I suppose "if you pay peanuts you'll get monkeys" Not a clean aspect in the neighborhood

INTERESTING HOTEL. I DID NOT HAVE OCEAN VIEW BUT IT WAS OK. MANY POLICE OUTSIDE SO IT WAS PRETTY SECURE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Convenient and practical place

Close to the beach, restaurants and gigantic hypermarket to get food for the fridge in the room. Covered parking. Next to a police station, and therefore extremely safe. I arrived two days after the Fernand storm and elevators were not working. Very helpful staff carried my bags to the third floor in no time. If you are looking for a hotel to crash while having a good time in Veracruz and Boca del Río, this is good.

A mi familia y a mi nos gustó por la sencillez, localización y practicidad, se encuentra en buena zona cercano a la playa, pero quizás faltó que tuvieran más cuidada la alberca para su uso, ya que mis hijos y esposa quisieron usarla pero se encuentra deteriorada y sucia.

Le dije a la recepcionista que si podría quitarme las sillas porque mi hijo podria subir y caer de una ventana (sin protecciónes) y no quiso. Nada accesibles y el estacionamiento si encuentras lugar que bien sino se queda afuera. Ojala nunca tenga un accidente un niño por las ventanas sin protecciónes y contactos muy abajo del piso. Porque van a desear hacerle caso a los consejos de los clientes . Por el problema que se van a meter. Si les pedí el retiro de las sillas en la habitación es para evitar problemas ambas partes . No les interesan los clientes ..ellos siempre tienen la razón .
Lo único que pedimos fue que se llevarán las sillas y se negaron totalmente por seguridad

Cuando reservé, filtre por hoteles que acepten mascota y pagué en la aplicación Al llegar resulta que este hotel EMS pues SOLO ACEPTA RAZAS PEQUEÑAS y aparte al hacer check inn, me cobraron 350.00mxp adicionales por llevarlo. Mi pastor alemán es adulto entrenado en obediencia, guardia y protección. De mal gusto que hagan cargos extra sin avisar en la aplicación

Muy bien ubicado, cómodo, sencillo, limpio, el personal es amable. Justo lo que necesitaba pues tenía actividades programadas en una escuela y en una playa cercana a las que pude llegar caminando. Está a 1 cuadra del malecón de boca del río.
