I found my night wonderful, whether I wanted to enjoy the rain and ocean waves sound or close the balcony door and have quietness. Those sliding doors were perfect. To be able to have both made my stay super enjoyable.

The location is good. It is possible to walk to malls and restaurants . However, the room wasn't that clean. There were hairs on the sheets , towels, and floors. We had a ocean view room, but the windows were locked, felt more like a prison that a Hilton hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and room ceiling. The staff in reception were attentive but when asked for a tax invoice they denied to provide it. The place is not worth for the price.

The location of the hotel is perfect, its near downtown Veracruz and has many bars and restaurants surrounding it. Its also near to various beaches and attractions. Its clean but could improve the facilities in the bedrooms.

La habitación tiene muy poca iluminación lo que hace difícil trabajar o incluso como mujer maquillarse. Falta mantenimiento a los baños, en Veracruz hace mucho calor y en la regadera únicamente salía agua caliente, incluso teniendo la llave en la posición de fría, los muebles se ven desgastados.

Loved that we had access to the beach. The pool needs a little cleaning. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so it took like 45min for it to get cleaned. Felt like they were in a rush and left some dirty soap and used water bottles behind. So that made me feel like it wasn't disinfected properly. We had ocean view room but the windows are pretty dirty as well. But overall we still give it a 5 🌟.

Front desk don’t know their own policies. I was informed that my wife was able to get a key of the room before I arrived to the hotel ( since my flight was delayed and she arrived before I did) with a copy of my ID but when she arrived they told her no They were painting the building and they splashed my car with paint. Shower enclosure leaks water all over the room Internet at room doesn’t work so I wasn’t able to use TV (Netflix, utube, etc). When I reported it they didn’t care I found a few roaches in the bathroom Ignacio (don’t know his role at the hotel) has no education whatsoever interrupts conversations and has very poor customer service skills I can keep going but I don’t think it’s going to make a difference. I stayed at your hotel twice a year (I visit from US) but it’s time for me to start looking for a new place to stay next time I’ll visit Boca del Rio Kudos to the bellboys. They are the only ones with great customer service skills!
