The property was very dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water. There was no soap in the bathroom. The floors, the toilet, and the shower were messy. Also, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs just to the second floor but it is a tall building not sure if it has 6 or seven floors. The hotel is in a great location but not worth it for the high price.

Si pueden hospedarse en otro hotel haganlo no tienen wi-fi en las habitaciones y tampoco cuentan con servicio a la habitacion como se describe en la pagina cuando haces la reservacion.

Close to beach

Not good at the time when i got there no rooms abailable they send us to another hotel too far away. Terrible experience.

We were comfortable in a room in front of the pool. The room is a little outdated, however they did have AC (a must in Veracruz) and it is not to far from the aquarium. However it is a long walk under the sun to get to the malecón. Just get a cab from two blocks down and be there in no time if there is no traffic (and it's pretty cheap). The buffet was really good.

Todo estuvo excelente lo único malo es q se fue la luz presisane el día q llegue estuvimos toda la noche sin no es posible q un hotel no cuente con una planta de luz para ese tipo de emergencia y más x la ubicación del hotel

En las imágenes se veía mejor el hotel,está Muy viejo y descuidado,la toallas de baño super viejas al igual que sábanas y almohadas terribles,el elevador nunca sirvió,el estacionamiento con cupo limitado y el WiFi no dieron la clave porque estaba súper baja la señal ,no regresaría por nada a hospedarme en ese hotel.

El inmueble es antiguo, tiene lo básico , exclusivamente para dormir. El elevador no sirve y las personas adultas que iban con nosotros tuvieron que subir y bajar escaleras ya que pese a la petición nos dieron habitaciones en pisos arriba .
