Hice esta reservación para mis padres y fue terrible. El piso en donde estaban tenía tarimas amontonadas en el piso. El baño justo abajo de la regadera MUY PELIGROSO. Mi padre se resbaló. Por año nuevo 1,300 pesos por noche es un robo. No lo vale y no lo recomiendo. I made this reservation for my parents and it was terrible. In the corridor they were on had pallets piled up on the floor. The bathroom right below the shower is VERY DANGEROUS. My father slipped. For New Years 1,300 pesos per night is a steal. It's not worth it and I don't recommend it.

Average with great location

Given the price, i did not have great expectations... You get what you pay for. Staff is very friendly, location is great. Beyond that it is average, but again, that is what you get at the price range.

I reserved one room with one bed, when I arraived to the property I decided to change to 2 bed, and they charged me one and a half more than the original price, I think it was no right, I accepted that price because was at night, but I do not recomend that hotel, I will never come back to Veracruz.

Well room was decent, bed was hard and uncomfortable, no hot water, when ac was on we got allergies but staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is in spanish, good thing I do speak spanish but not for my wife who only speaks English, continental breakfast is only cafe, orange juice and 2 slices of toast thats it! Anyway staff was really good and friendly so that was good.
