Casa Osmanto A is a cozy and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Osmanto A you will enjoy a spellbinding view of Lake Como. Casa Osmanto A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a gorgeous private terrace with a view of the lake, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Vercana, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the local bus and the beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
Casa Osmanto A is located on the attic level. You will reach it from the parking area by way of an elevator.
To stay at Casa Osmanto A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of Lake Como. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden along an external stairway. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The wellness room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The wellness room is open all year round, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garage. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of Lake Como.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are bright and cheerful, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of eight guests). The room has two windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a second terrace through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
