Inaccurate listing and poor comms

We were not able to stay at the property as it was not available. We were instead offered a studio flat, without informing us of the swap they had made which only became apparent after I entered the flat. After clarifying we needed a 2 rooms flat as the one we had booked, we were offered another studio flat, and we therefore had to cancel the booking.
