Le Hameau du Périgord, located in the heart of a 21-hectare wooded estate and rated 4 stars, is a true haven of peace. This former 18th-century farmhouse, carefully renovated, consists of three gîtes, a games room with its own terrace, and a large swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 20 guests + 1 extra bed, offering the perfect setting for group stays that combine charm and authenticity with modern comfort.

The layout of the estate has been designed to ensure privacy for everyone while encouraging shared moments together.
The hamlet is completely secluded, with no nearby neighbors, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in total freedom, without worrying about disturbing anyone. We never rent the property to separate groups; it is exclusively shared among family or friends.

No unpleasant surprises: bed linen, bath towels, and all utilities are included. For your comfort, you will also find numerous amenities such as an XXL fire pit barbecue, fully equipped kitchen utensils, a ping-pong table, two foosball tables, as well as a football field, volleyball/badminton area, and other games to enhance your leisure time. Dogs are welcome: €25 per stay per dog, entirely donated to a local animal shelter (SPA of Périgueux).

The hamlet is also equipped with fiber-optic internet, providing a fast and reliable connection, as well as a Type 2 charging station for electric vehicles.

To make the most of your stay, several on-demand services are available, such as: private chef, vineyard tours & on-site wine tastings, massages, yoga classes, and babysitting.

The gîtes (total surface area: 340 m²):

Red gîte: 160 m², 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, capacity of 10 guests. Large fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, suitable for hosting all guests on site.
Green gîte: 120 m², fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, capacity of 6–7 guests.
Blue gîte: 60 m², fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, capacity of 2 guests.

Detailed description:

Red gîte: Independent house of 160 m² for 10 guests, composed of 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites).
The gîte features a living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, smart TV with DVD player, and a large dining room that can accommodate all guests staying on the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups, including two dishwashers, an XXL Smeg stove, two large fridge-freezers, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, several coffee makers, toasters, kettles, etc. This gîte also includes 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Green gîte: Independent house on two levels, with a surface area of 120 m², accommodating up to 8–9 guests.
On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed (140 x 200), a baby crib with changing table, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room (flat-screen TV and DVD player) opens onto a private enclosed garden. On the first floor, there are 2 large bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds plus a pull-out bed, a toilet, and a bathroom with washing machine.

Blue gîte: Charming independent house of 60 m², ideal for 2 guests.
The open-plan kitchen leads to the living/dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a separate bedroom, a toilet, and a bathroom.

All our gîtes have been newly renovated and fully equipped to ensure optimal comfort in a preserved setting. The bedding includes high-quality memory foam mattresses (BIO certified), and double beds measure 160 x 200 cm. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but we kindly ask you to bring your own pool towels. Baby beds and high chairs are available upon request.

The hamlet is surrounded by numerous walking trails, ideal for hiking or cycling. It offers a 360° panoramic view, with no overlooking neighbors or disturbances. For an overview of the property, you can watch the drone video.
