Charming Beach Cottage Along Lake Erie near Cleveland, Ohio

This accommodation is located on a one-acre property on the southern shores of Lake Erie in Vermilion, Ohio, 45 minutes west of Cleveland. Up to five guests can be accommodated in the 20 x 20 main room in two cozy double-size beds and a double sleeper sofa (Think tiny house!). In the bright and modern full bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Freshly-laundered linens and towels are provided by the host.



An antenna TV is provided. In a separate room, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, which comes with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a toaster. There’s also an array of handy dishes and utensils for guests to use. Meals and drinks can be enjoyed at the dining table, which is located within the kitchen area. Other amenities in the property include Wi-Fi and air conditioning.



The waterfront backyard is shared with four other Cottages on the property & the Beachfront House. Access to the walk-in-the-water sandy beach is through the Gazebo and down two flights of stairs. Additional features include outdoor patio furniture in the Gazebo & on a terraced deck to watch beautiful sunsets, two gas barbecue grills, one charcoal grill/smoker, picnic tables and the outdoor Patio kitchen. In addition, guests will enjoy access to a communal gazebo, two campfire rings with firewood provided, and a children’s playground.



There are some fantastic facilities on offer at this property. Guests traveling by car will be pleased to know that there is plenty of parking available on the premises. Although each cottage has its own kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, & 2 burner cooktop; there is also a fully equipped shared outdoor patio kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and ample refrigerator/freezer space, for keeping food and drinks fresh.



All guests share a 110-foot sandy beach front, which is perfect for swimming, and a sandstone deck for sunbathing and relaxing. Families with young children can take advantage of the property's play area, to keep the little ones entertained. As well as this, there is a communal terrace, with patio furniture, a gazebo, a grassy yard, and a picnic area, with outdoor grills.



All accommodation at the property features air conditioning, ensuring that guests are comfortable at all times.
