Waited 10 mins before anyone came to the desk to check us in(despite ringing bell several times) The man working the desk announced my room number and there was other people in the lobby. Could be a safety concern. The sheets had yellow stains.

Paid extra for a pet friendly room, room was freezing when we got in there, floor hadn’t been washed so our feet stuck to the floor, water damage on the walls, smoke detector was hanging from the roof, not sure if it even works. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The room was absolutely filthy - pink mold in the bathtub, mildew, gunk and grime around the taps, the base of the toilet and on the tile grout, some unknown substance dripped and dried on the shower curtain, dead bugs in the light covers, gunk in all the corners, smears and drips on the walls, thick dust and grime on the duct covers. The bathroom was one step above a bio-hazard. The room had a little kitchenette and the cook top had caked on burned food and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, like dirty-dirty, like put away unwashed. It was gross. I have stayed in some crappy hotels in my life, and have never seen a hotel room this dirty. The bedding and towels looked and smelled clean and I didn't see any bedbugs, so at least there was that. This is a new (ish) hotel that looks good from the outside, but the inside is filthy. I would not stay there again and do not recommend it.

Walls and doors were paper thin. You could hear everything in the hallway or the next room. Check in took 50 minutes as there was only 1 staff on and a line up of guests checking in out the door. Bathroom was dirty toothpaste in the sink. One garbage was still full. One bed had dirty pillow cases and top sheet.
