We arrived and were told we couldn’t use visa debit when I called ahead and was told we could, I had to argue for over ten minute then to be told we could use cash, we came into a DISGUSTINGLY dirty room/bathroom, our tv remote doesn’t even work and I over all just feel completely disrespected and like I wasted my money on a DIRTY HOTEL!!!
