The hot tub was disgusting. One of the waterslides was not working. The worker in the pool area made sexual remarks to a female guest, then was incredibly creepy to another woman in a bikini. He would squeegee the floor back and forth in front of her while staring at her chest.

The room overall was clean but the drain plug doesn’t stay closed in the tub, the tv didn’t work, the pool was arctic cold and unswimmable for the kids. Also don’t like walking to a non-smoking room through a heavily smoking hallway with a child, and didn’t appreciate seeing staff smoking so close to the main door.
