The first room they gave us didn’t have the cover at the top of the blinds so it was bright as heck. We’d been traveling since 3am and my son needed a nap before playing baseball so wasn’t great. Worse off, after being up since 3am we got back to the hotel at 10:30pm and in the dark you could then tell the door didn’t even sit right and was too small on the frame. Huge safety risk please made it so loud. It was late and my kid needed to sleep so he crashed and i stayed up half the night. Next day switched rooms after another long day of baseball, and come to find that this room the deadbolt wasn’t on right, I had to screw it back in myself and it wasn’t even fully proper. Wake up in the morning and go to brush our teeth and the sink won’t drain. Pulled up to plug and it was FILLED with black grimy mould!!! Checked out as fast as we could. Would never recommend. Gross and unsafe. I’d like a refund, at least partial.

The room was okay but there was hair on the sheets, the alarm clock was wrapped in duck tape. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, wall paper was peeling off, pillows were tiny. Won’t be back to stay again for the price

The hotel is very old and not clean. The hotel had a strange smell in the hallways. the key cards never worked. The pool had rust dripping from the walls and green algae growing on the other wall.The only thing decent about this place was the continental breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

It’s a bed to sleep in. Otherwise doubtful I’ll be back. Smoky smell everywhere you go, pool was just awful and gross, looks beat up, and lots of sketchy people hanging around. The lady running breakfast needs to learn some people skills as well. Constantly hovering and complaining how ‘busy’ it is.

It did the job but not what we expected…

Pics look better than it is. We stayed on the main floor and it reeked like ciggies and weed. Needs some updates. Swimming was sketchy in the stairs for waterslide, slide was fun though! Front desk gal helped me find a wine opener, super good staff, breakfast staff too - on the ball and courteous.

Not as good as expected

Cleanliness was great. Breakfast was mediocre until the last morning, no hot food, coffee like water, barely any cereal and no milk. Someone spilt coffee on the floor so I told member of staff and stood next to it so nobody would slip over and she said she couldn't do anything about it. Girl from reception came in to help her but if I pay this rate for a breakfast I expect a breakfast. It was a complete crap show. Reception staff were helpful when I extended stay. I wish I had checked out and gone somewhere else. I won't be back here again, couldn't use the pool as it was filled with screaming kids every day and looked dirty, I booked this hotel with a pool so I could do hydrotherapy physio to help with a recent surgery, all the reasons I booked were not accessible or available. The cleaning staff need a pay rise as they were awesome.

The pool was falling apart and walls had green film growing. It smelt moldy and it was dirty. We seen beetles floating in the water. The stairs up to the slide was dark and moldy with a slimy film on stairs. We also had to walk through a maze of hallways to get to our room and as we did a strong smell of weed came from many rooms on the first floor. Once in the room, the toilet had poop stains from guest before us. The ac unit was loud.

A very nice stay for the price. The facility and room are older and kinda rustic but I enjoyed the ambiance and spaciousness. The staff were great. There were plenty of choices for food and drink but I got in late and didn’t take advantage. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. They keep the common areas tidy and are quick to act when asked to clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is on a main road making it easy to navigate to and from.
