Check in was very easy and the reception desk staff were very pleasant. Room wasn’t cleaned as there was food on the floor and a dirty toilet. We requested to move rooms and the staff apologized and set us up with another room.

This hotel is ok for the price paid. First room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smoke smell, so the staff gave us a different room. It was better but not used in a while because of the layer of dust on everything. Hallways not air conditioned, stained carpets and dog food spilled on the stairs. If you're going to allow dogs, why not keep them on first floor only and only assign people with dogs to those rooms?

This is motel 6 quality at twice the price-first night the room 104 was next to the lobby and breakfast and door had no seal so loud til after midnight then crazy loud starting at 5am-switched room the next night and promised a discount-even worse! Same hallway with no sealed door but then an additional outside door (motel style) with a window that the curtain didn’t cover and a light post literally right there so no way to keep light out all night-for $180 a night I couldn’t believe it and then they “forgot” about the promised discount and only did it after I complained again

Will Not Stay Again

Our stay was not the best. Our tub did not drain after each person showered. Took several hours to drain. I had to clean the toilet upon arrival. The ceiling above our shower leaked on us the whole time we showered. Our pillow case was ripped and another one had black marks all over it. Overall the whole room is in need of repair/fixing. Key card readers did not work on 2 of the doors. Very expensive at $175 a night for a run down hotel. We will not stay here if visiting again.
