Single-level gite located in 'Hameau d'Amignié', a hamlet made of only 3 detached houses on same property with forest paths on the doorstep. Totally separate access, private terrace without opposite neighbours. The accommodation has been carefully restored, décor combining modern comfort with period features (exposed beams). Ground floor : living room with lounge area (single couch), dining area, fitted kitchen area. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed) (1 bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed + single bed). Cot on request. Shower room including Wc. Outdoors : lovely setting, shady garden with flowers, small paved terrace, garden furniture, relaxing outdoor furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, parking area at the entrance of property. Beds are made before arrival. Towels, bathrobes, bathroom carpet & household products included in rent. Warm welcome assured by owners - Virginie & Gilles - who are living in another house of this private hamlet, welcome drink in cellar on arrival (tasting of local wine). For family/friends gatherings the 2nd gite on site (called 'Le Panoramique', for 6 people) can be rented too.
