Vernazza!

We had a major problem checking in due to a variety of circumstances and missed our first night there. People need to know that this apartment is booked through a rental agency. It’s also good to know that there a a number of steps to reach the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Vernazza!

It was a centrally located clean place, easy to check in/out. Had stove, coffee. It didn't have Wifi, and the bed was strange; it was high above a closet, although there were stairs to the top. The matress and pillows were very hard and slept terrible. It was also pricey, but I booked late.

Great location

This apartment was in a great location. Right in town and just off the main street through town. A short walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed grabbing a meal nearby before starting our hike each day. The apartment was clean. The bed (extremely firm) and pillows (flat) were very uncomfortable. The listing stated WiFi was available in the building but no info was included at the apartment or provided when I sent an email to ask about it. The light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work nor did the electric plug in by the mirror so blow drying or curling hair needed to be done in another location which was inconvenient.

Nice place in the perfect location

The check in was really easy and the place was great for 2 of us, pretty clean and had everything we needed. The location was the best part. Just a few steps to the main beach and plaza yet located in a quiet alley so you didn't get the noise. We loved out stay here and would definitely stay there again.

Fraud alert!!!

Checking in was difficult. Wasted 38 minutes trying to find out how to get keys. The worst part of my experience was being charged a 50 Euro cleaning fee that was not in my booking. Clerk pulled out some old printed paper describing this fee and said we would not check in and loose our prepayment of 164 US dollars if we did not pay. No WiFi. No real air condition and FRAUD! What could we do with no where to stay? Other places around the area were great, stay away from this rooom!!!!!!!!

Great room for 3 nights in May, easy to find and hosts were excellent! weather not so good. Damp odor from the bathroom was a concern but overall a good clean rental in a great location
