La Casa del Pastenello

La Casa del Pastenello with AC is a fantastic, bright apartment in Vernazza. Even though it's been recently restored and modern comforts have been added, it still keeps the pleasant aspect of a typical Vernazza house of the past.

The owner's Nonna (grandmother) used to live here and in this property the family gathered to celebrate the most important family recurrences and of course to spend the Summer holidays.

The property had a small corridor with most of the rooms opening on it: a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious sitting room. From the sitting room we have access to the second bedroom of the house.

Kitchen: new and quite spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, tea and coffee boiler, microwave oven.

1st Double bedroom: opposite the kitchen, a lovely room with enchanting views over the vineyards

Bathroom: comfortable bathroom with shower, bidet and view over the vineyards

Sitting Room: super spacious room with big dining table and double sofa bed. Views on Vernazza houses and the children's playground of the village

2nd Double Bedroom: it has access from the sitting room and offers 2 opposite windows, one overlooking the vineyards and the other the village house and the children's playground.

There's individual heating in the entire apartment and AC for the hot season, In Summer.

The apartment is located in a characteristic building next to the railway, reachable via an outdoor staircase which you could consider as a fifth floor.

The property is close to the railway station and the tracks, so noises can be heard if you keep the windows open. You'll soon adapt to them and the value of the place, its charming views, the brightness of the rooms will repay for sure. Windows have double panes.

A lovely bench on the entrance patio, sheltered by a vine plant, can be used for reading and relaxation. Children can play in the nearby municipal playground.

This apartment offers its guests concierge services, laundry facilities, and limo service. The front desk is open around the clock.
