Rental Roles:
Minimum stay: 7 nights in high and mid-season, 3 nights in low season Flexible arrivals always permitted.

Security deposit: €4,000 to be wired to the owner at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunded within two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Guests must leave the accommodation clean and tidy; any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance, or rubbish disposal will be charged against the deposit.

Pool opens approximately April 1 – October 31 (dates subject to weather conditions).
