The room faced an intersection of a highway a a busy road, so sleep was constantly disrupted. Room looked clean but smelled like “human” Front desk person was curt and unfriendly. Body odour was overwhelming Even though I checked out the following day, I am still waiting for my damage deposit to be released, from four days ago. Not my best BW experience

I think we got a room that was recently renovated and it was so fresh and clean and nice ! We were very comfortable, the room was cozy, we were on the end and we loved that. The parking lot was a little dicey for parking. It would see that a lot of workers stay here and they have big trucks to park at the end of the day. Over all though, great hotel. Conveniently located for shopping. We will stay here again!

Three night stay. check in was uneventful. The refrigerator was unplugged so the food that was put in it it spoiled. didn't recognize that it was turned off until next afternoon. After much prompting breakfast was comped. Breakfast was not included in the room rental. Somewhat misleading advertising which said "cooked to order breakfast available". No pool in hotel but pool and hot tub available in Holiday inn express which is across a 100 meter parking lot. They have complementary breakfast but not available to BW guests. Realized the second night why frig was unplugged. It is very noisy when it kicks on. Assumed that previous guest turned it off or hotel turns it off to save power bill.
