It’s a new hotel so everything is new, however, I was very unhappy with the billing treatment, we were scheduled for 3 nights but weather control the drive over the mountains suggested we should leave a day earlier. I would have expected a minimum charge for Les ung early, however, they decided to charge me the extra night because I did not give them 24 hour notice after staying g there for 2 days! Totally not acceptable!

The rooms are nice large, bed on the other hand , was one of the more uncomfortable one i have sleep in. Dinning room : only one waitress, brought our order one iteam at a time eg plate but not toast asked a few time for that . If the hotel was fully booked you should have more staff. And a few other things but so much for that. I would stay here again if need be

It's a nice, reasonably new property. They had a stereo plane in the hallway into the middle of the night kept the awake until you realize that it was some kind of house system they were running at 4:00 in the morning and the hot tub was not particularly warm nor did the Jets work well

A couple of things put us off. First, most guests were being offered bottled water, but when I asked for ours (2 guests) I was told "Okay, you can have one", like it was a special gift. Not one each, one to share. Also, we found out AFTER we checked in, when getting in the elevator, that there would be emergency alarm testing 9 - 5 the next day (as well as other days). We can come here for a sleep in day, and should have been notified ahead of time there was this maintenance going on.

Older hotel but being renovated

The hotel is old and tired but is being renovated. The staff are so kind and considerate. My bathroom smelt like urine and they moved me despite being full.
