This hotel is horrible. It was EXTREAMLY dirty inside the room and the property. There was many broken items in the room as well. Very Very strongly don't recommend this hotel.

We checked in and went to room after long day driving. The bathroom had hair on floor and sink and leftover bottle of shampoo on edge of tub.

Nobody was at the front desk in the evening or the morning. The room was not clean and it said it was a non smoking room but smelled really strong of smoke.

It is VERY dated, there was a "stop work order" pinned to the front office window, beds were definitely old, AC is in the wall by the bathroom and VERY loud. Staff was friendly tho.

They do have an office which is occupied at check in time. Calling direct always led to a voice messaging service. Owner needs to unlock the pool and that inconvenience had me avoiding those facilities. They accomodated an early checkin and it suited our purposes of a couple night stay.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised, scraps of garbage behind bedside table, limited access to plug in for charging, cigarette burn on dated tub, unclean table & area for sitting outside, limited lighting & 40 wt bulb in a tri-light, air conditioner unstable, tub taps run continuously…overall ick!

Canada's best value inn Vernon BC. The experience was horrible. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Sink was cracked, bath tub dirty, floor was dirty TV did not work for most of the stay. It also said continental breakfast was included, but could not even find where it was. floor was dirty. No one ever in the office to voice my concerns too.

The room you get is not the same as the pictures. It smelled of urine and old smoke. There were mouse droppings in the floor. I didn’t even stay the night, have pictures of it all and am just mortified. They wouldn’t even refund after all that.

Not the worst, but not great either.

I had to wait 20min for the desk clerk to come back somewhere to check me in, no one was watching the hotel before i arrived. When he did arrive, he sqeeled to a stop, double parking across the handicap spot, then jumped out in a wife beater and signed me while clearly annoyed at my presence. As for the room, it was in rough shape. Dirty coffee maker, stained yellow shower curtain, traces of black mold in the dressers, and the power kept going on and off. On the positive side, the bed was clean, the AC worked well, and it was reasonably quiet. In summery, not the worst but definitely has room for improvement

Room was filthy, sheets had stains on them, the cutlrey looks like it was not washed and rhe bathroom was gross If had to say anything good about this is they did find somewhere for us to park our boat but we were gone at like 4am
