Guests have exclusive access to the entire guest house, 1920s-inspired speakeasy bunker room, and designated outdoor amenities including the hot tub, outdoor clawfoot tub, fire pit, and hammock. You're welcome to enjoy the front areas of the property and interact with our horses. Please note that areas behind the main blue house are private. The guest house is completely private with self check-in via keypad.

We respect your privacy while ensuring you have everything needed for a memorable stay. We live in the main house on the property but interaction is minimal unless you need assistance. Self check-in makes arrival seamless, and we're available via message for any questions or recommendations. We provide detailed instructions for safe horse interaction and speakeasy access. Many guests tell us these unique experiences were highlights of their stay!

Crescent Moon is a serene haven nestled on a sprawling 5-acre family estate, offering unparalleled privacy in the midst of town. While the property exudes a tranquil, secluded ambiance, we, the hosts, reside in the main house on the estate. This unique setup ensures guests enjoy a private experience with the added comfort of knowing assistance is close by if needed.

Plenty of parking available for you on the rock driveway, under the carport, and beside it. Easy and convenient for all vehicles!

Crescent Moon Estate Equine Interaction Guidelines and Disclaimer

Welcome to Crescent Moon! As part of your stay, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to interact with our cherished equine companions. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for both you and our animals, please observe the following rules:

Feeding Our Horses and Mini Ponies:
- If you wish to feed them, please do so only with apples, carrots, or bananas. These are safe and enjoyable treats for our horses.
- It's important to feed them with your hand fully open and flat to avoid playful nibbles.

Interaction Guidelines:
- Our young horses and mini ponies are friendly but may nibble out of curiosity. Exercise care during feeding and interactions.
- Approach the animals gently, and speak in a calm, soothing voice to keep them at ease.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times around the horses. No exceptions!
- No climbing, or jumping over the horse pen under any circumstances..

- Interaction with the estate’s equines is at the guest's own risk. Crescent Moon Estate will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from direct contact with the horses.
- Guests choosing to feed or interact with the horses are acknowledging their understanding of these risks and agree to release Crescent Moon Estate from liability associated with equine interactions.

1. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult around the horses at all times!
2. Please do not park on the grass.
3. Only flush toilet paper.
4. Do not roam the property. You may walk around the horse pens but please do not venture past the blue house.
5. Do not open the windows while the ac is turned on.
6. Only feed the horses apples, or carrots.
7. Please strictly follow all hot tub rules posted near our hot tub, and inside of our digital guidebook.
8. If your usage requires the hot tub water to be drained, a $200 hot tub cleaning fee will be charged.
9. No climbing, or jumping over the horse pen under any circumstances.
10. No partying.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Historic Dodgertown. Features include laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the vacation home.
