Home was perfect for our family and location was great. It was an easy drive from the bridge and steps from the beach. House was very well equipped with beach and pool toys, beach chairs and towels, cooking supplies etc.

Fun in the sun

The Atlantic house was perfect for our family of 6! With one section off the living room with 2 bedrooms and bath being a perfect separate area if you have friends or couples giving everyone privacy. It’s close to the town center with shops and dining….also very close to beach along with a terrific enclosed pool for everyone to enjoy

Great for families

This beach house is clean and well appointed with plenty of toys for the kids. The property manager is quick to respond with any issue. The only thing that would make it better is if the pool had a heater as just a solar cover will not get the temp above the temp of the ocean for swimming in February

Angler's Cove

I felt the place as a whole was very comfortable, nice sheets etc. and decorations. I liked the ping pong table in the garage and access to the bikes too. There were games available, but they should check over the cards to be sure they have the decks organized. The landscaping and yard was very well maintained and I felt the inside of the house was clean! We were very thankful that they had an easy chair in master bedroom to use for an elderly person! Very good choice! Negatives: Pool was not heated The ceiling fan in pool area MUST be cleaned The kitchen utensils, pans etc are a little disorganized. Be sure plenty of paper towels and toilet paper are readily available and stocked w/o having to have access to a locked closet. It may be generational, but not having regular TV channel access was a bit of of a bummer for an older person wanting to watch TV in the morning. I felt that we lost almost a full day in the VRBO and we should have been credited for one night as well as the reimbursement for the hotel rooms. This was quite a traumatic experience for a 91 year old woman that had been traveling all day. As far as check in goes, it seems there should be some type of verbal contact or confirmation from both sides that all is okay the day before the check in. This would help to avoid any miscommunication or unsent emails.
